Location

Departures, Concourse B (near Lamp Bear) - Level 3.

• From Premium Check-in: Access the lounge through the dedicated entrance, after completing immigration and security procedures.  
• Regular Immigration and Security: After completing immigration and security procedures, proceed to the Lamp Bear. Turn right between the Hermès boutique and duty free to access the dedicated elevator and escalator for the lounge.  
• If Transferring: Proceed to Lamp Bear, access the lounge through the elevator or escalator behind Hermès boutique. 

Eligibility

• First Class ticketed customers travelling on Qatar Airways or oneworld operated flights.
• First Class ticketed customers travelling on Qatar Airways operated codeshare partner flights.
• Privilege Club Redemption tickets issued on First Class fare basis on Qatar Airways and other oneworld operated flights.
• All Qatar Airways Privilege Cub members who purchased award upgrade to First Class.
• First and Business Class full-fare ticketed customers travelling on Qatar Airways operated flights with Platinum membership and their eligible guests.
• Customers who booked the Al Safwa First Lounge ancillary service.
• Walk-in customers are accepted if they meet the eligibility criteria.
