  • If you have lost something inside the passenger terminal please contact the nearest Information Desk.

Please be informed that lost items will be kept for 30 days at HIA Lost Property Office. Upon completion of this safekeeping period, all unclaimed items will be donated to charity and will not be available for retrieval thereafter.
