Another way to move around the terminal

Hamad International Airport offers a complimentary shuttle service within the terminal to help passengers move between different areas comfortably. Shuttles run approximately every 15 minutes, with no booking or registration needed. This service is especially helpful for passengers with tight connections, heavy hand luggage or longer walking distances between concourses.

For your safety, please follow the shuttle operator’s guidance, including wearing your seatbelt and ensuring children are always accompanied by an adult.

Departures Location: Concourse B (near Lamp Bear) and Concourse E 

• Station 1: Concourse B, In front of Duty Big Value Store.
• Station 2: Concourse E, near Gate E1 and the airport information desk.

Arrivals Location: Concourse D and Concourse E 

• Station 1: Concourse D, near Gate D1.
• Station 2: Concourse E, near Gate E1. 

The shuttle will drop-off passengers near immigration escalators.
