I was at the airport ready to check-in for my flight, but it is cancelled. Where do I go?If you are at the check-in hall and flying with Qatar Airways, you can visit the ticketing counter located near row 6 and Le Petit Camion or row 4, near the immigration. If you are travelling with another airline, then visit the Qatar Aviation Services desk near check in row 9. I am at the airport overnight, what do I do?Here are a few options should you be at the airport overnight:The airport has rest areas, quiet rooms available across the terminalSleeping pods available at the airport (subject to availability)The ORCHARD, indoor garden offers a calm space to rest with F&B available around the areaTo help navigate through the airport, use the wayfinding kiosks and QR codes distributed across the terminal I want to return to Doha, since my flight is cancelled. Can I leave the airport?Residents and eligible passengers can choose to exit the airport by following the arrival procedures to re-enter the State of Qatar.To claim for your baggage:Visit Baggage Claim office located at the baggage claim areaThere might be some delays, and we aim to reunite passengers with their bags as soon as possible.
